INTRODUCTION

APPLICATION: 

Using Lambert's law, smoke density value ( SDR ) is obtained by measuring the transmittance of smoke after shielding light.

STANDARDS: 

GB/T 8627-2006, ASTM D2843-2010, etc.

Instrument features:

1. The test box is made of imported brushed stainless steel, which is resistant to flue gas corrosion and greatly prolongs its service life.

2. Users can observe the burning state of the sample through the transparent tempered glass observation window.

3. 5.8V filament intensive instrument bulb light source, receiving source is silicon photocell, both of which have good human eye matching.

4. The software can display the transmittance value and transmittance curve, and automatically display the SDR smoke density value after the test is completed.  The test report can synthesize SDR smoke density development curves of three groups of test samples and automatically calculate smoke density grade.  Computer software can be used to compare the three groups of test results SDR at the same time.

5. The 7 - inch color touch screen is used for display operation. The data can be output through the computer and the test report can be printed.

1. The measurable range of light transmittance is 0 ~ 100 %, and the measurement accuracy value is less than 3 % of the read value.
