FSL663 Free-falling Dart Impact Tester

INTRODUCTION

For testing impact resistance of plastic film and sheeting by the free-falling dart method, measures the mass and energy of impact from certain height, which caused damage to 50% of the samples.

Tech. Parameters:

1, Suitable for plastic film and thin sheet thickness less than 1mm;
2. Test method:
Method A: The head diameter of the dart is (38±1) mm, the falling height is (0.66±0.01) m, and the impact damage mass is 0.05kg-2kg;
Method B: The head diameter of the dart is (50±1) mm, the falling height is (1.5±0.01) m, and the impact damage mass is 0.3kg-2kg;
3, Counterweight block: mass and quantity (mass deviation ±0.5%)
