FY016 Nonwoven Liquid Loss Tester

INTRODUCTION

APPLICATION:

It is used for the determination of liquid loss properties of nonwoven fabrics. A standard absorbent medium is placed under the tested nonwoven fabric, and the combined sample is placed on a sloping backing plate. When a certain amount of artificial urine flows down to the combined sample, the liquid penetrates the nonwoven fabric and is thereby absorped, the liquid loss performance of the nonwoven fabric sample was obtained by weighing the standard absorption medium before and after the test.

STANDARDS:

Edana152.0-99、ISO9073-11、GB/T24218.11

TECH. PARAMETERS:

1. The test table is marked with two black reference lines with a spacing of 250 ± 0.2 mm;

The lower line, 3 ± 0.2 mm from the end of the test table, for the end of the absorption medium;

The higher line, the position of the center line of the drain test tube, about 25mm down the top of the test piece;

2. The inclination of the test table is 25 degrees;

3. Fixture: Or a similar device (for adjusting the center of the test piece) that can be fixed at a (140 ± 0.2) mm symmetrical to the reference mark.

4. Center position (to ensure that the test tube axially releases liquid);

5. A support frame with a standard absorbent pad at the lower end of the test piece;

6. Glass tube: inner diameter is 5mm;

7. Ring base;

8. Drip device: capable of delivering (25 ± 0.5) g of test liquid through a glass test tube in a continuous liquid state in a period of (4 ± 0.1) s;
